Collaborating with local companies

We prioritize partnering with as many local businesses in St. Louis and across Missouri as possible. For this project, we worked closely with Aspect Cabinetry to source locally-made cabinetry and to bring our client’s vision to life.

Unique challenges

Like many older homes in South St. Louis, this project came with its own set of unique challenges, particularly due to framing issues that had developed over the years. However, thanks to Maurer Construction's expertise and dedication, we successfully navigated these obstacles with ease and precision.

Custom backsplash

One of the standout features of this project is the backsplash. The finished product not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds a unique touch of personality to the space.

Deck addition

In need of a new exit, we custom-built this deck to not only meet local code requirements but also to provide a stylish and functional addition to the home.
